Provide aquatic teachers with an understanding of the different forms of abuse, the role of statutory agencies, good practice procedures, the role of an aquatic teacher and good recruitment practices in accordance with the latest changes in legislation and best practice documents.

Aquatic Spinal Injuries

Aimed at lifeguards who work in a leisure centre that has facilities such as flumes and diving pits and need the knowledge in how to deal with a spinal situation in these environments.

Teaching Adults

Aims to give swimming teachers the knowledge and understanding to teach adult learners to swim.

ILSP Assessment Standards Programme

Provides learners with an overview of the International Learn to Swim Programme, its progression pathway and the assessment standards for its awards.
