Celebrating 12 Months of Open Water Swimming Coaching

This time last year, the team were about to launch the new Open Water Swimming Coaching qualification in collaboration with leading experts and the lead bodies involved in this diverse sport.
And what a year it’s been—the courses have inspired hundreds of new open water swimmers and created exciting new opportunities for qualified coaches. It also won the ‘Collaboration of the Year Award’ at the 2018 FAB awards, and became the first open water coaching qualification to be endorsed by CIMSPA’s new employer-led coaching professional standard.
All those involved are now looking forward to a new coaching season this year—see all the courses registered here, as well as information on the new Straight Line Swimming CPDs here that have been created by Olympians Keri-anne Payne and David Carry.
