Safety Training Awards (STA) is incredibly pleased to announce that all STA first aid qualifications are endorsed by The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).

CIMSPA is the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector, committed to supporting, developing, and enabling professionals and organisations to succeed.

CIMSPA endorsement is recognition from the sector’s chartered institute that STA first aid qualifications support leisure industry professionals and meet the needs of employers. It provides confirmation and confidence to employers, clients, colleagues, and the public that learners have achieved the required qualifications for their role. Therefore, STA is extremely proud to confirm all 12 of our first aid qualifications are CIMSPA endorsed:

• STA Adult and Paediatric Basic Life Support including AED – 1.5 CIMSPA CPD Points
• STA Adult and Paediatric Basic Life Support including AED and Management of Anaphylaxis – 2 CIMSPA CPD Points
• STA Emergency First Aid at Work – 3 CIMSPA CPD Points
• STA Emergency Paediatric First Aid – 3 CIMSPA CPD Points
• STA Adult and Paediatric Emergency First Aid – 3.5 CIMSPA CPD Points
• STA First Aid at Work – 9 CIMSPA CPD Points
• STA Paediatric First Aid – 6 CIMSPA CPD Points
• STA Adult and Paediatric First Aid – 10 CIMSPA CPD Points
• STA Outdoor Emergency First Aid – 4 CIMSPA CPD Points
• STA Outdoor First Aid – 8 CIMSPA CPD Points
• STA Activity Emergency First Aid – 3.5 CIMSPA CPD Points
• STA Activity First Aid – 7 CIMSPA CPD Points.
