2023 ATC Annual Declaration of Compliance

Safety Training Awards require all Approved Training Centres (ATCs) to read and complete the annual Declaration of Compliance to determine the level of compliance and future compliance within the ATC approval criteria and STA qualification requirements.
If areas of improvement are identified STA will work with the ATC co-ordinator to support them in addressing these. The submission will be shared with the ATC’s allocated EQA to be verified during EQA monitoring, and where applicable it may also be shared with the regulators.
ATC co-ordinators should have received an email from STA Compliance, on 24th July at 10.00am, with the editable PDF 2023 ATC Declaration of Compliance document attached. If an ATC co-ordinator has not received this email, please contact compliance@safetytrainingawards.co.uk.
STA has tried to make the document more manageable for ATC co-ordinators to complete with pre-populated tick boxes, and having an editable PDF allows ATC co-ordinators to complete the document in stages, saving their progress at regular intervals.
ATC co-ordinators must complete and sign the Declaration of Compliance, and submit it via email to compliance@safetytrainingawards.co.uk.
The 2023 Declaration of Compliance submission window will open on Monday 31st July 2023 and the closing date for submission is Sunday 3rd September 2023.
To support ATC co-ordinators, the External Quality Assurance team are hosting a “Guidance on how to complete and submit the ATC Annual Declaration of Compliance” webinar on Thursday 27th July 12:30-13:00pm.
This is an opportunity for ATCs to ask any questions they may have and to discuss best practice recommendations.
