Changes to First Aid Delivery Period

Following changes from the HSE and First Aid Awarding Organisation Forum, it has been agreed to increase the delivery period for first aid qualifications, with immediate effect.
- STA Award in Emergency First Aid at Work can now be delivered over a maximum of 4 weeks.
- STA Award in First Aid at Work (Revalidation) can now be delivered over a maximum of 7 weeks.
- STA Award in First Aid at Work (3 day course) can still be delivered over 10 weeks.
- STA Award in Paediatric First Aid can now be delivered over a maximum of 7 weeks.
Qualification specifications and resources have been updated accordingly and are available via STA Online.
