Withdrawal of Open Water Swimming Qualifications

Following a review of qualifications offered by STA, and in order to ensure that our qualifications remain fit for purpose and suitable for the needs of the industry, the decision has been taken to withdraw STA’s range of open water swimming qualifications:
- STA Level 1 Award for Pool to Open Water Swimming Coaching (QCF)
- STA Level 2 Award for Open Water Swimming Coaching (QCF)
Courses are no longer registerable for these qualifications. All outstanding paperwork for courses that are already registered must be returned to STA by 30th June 2017.
