2025 ATC Annual Declaration of Compliance Submission Window is Now Open!

Safety Training Awards require all Approved Training Centres (ATCs) to read and complete the annual Declaration of Compliance to determine the level of compliance and future compliance within the ATC approval criteria and STA qualification requirements.

ATC co-ordinators should have received an email from STA Compliance, on 9th July at 10.00am, with the editable PDF 2025 ATC Declaration of Compliance document attached. If an ATC co-ordinator has not received this email, please contact compliance@safetytrainingawards.co.uk.

The 2025 Declaration of Compliance submission window is now open (Wednesday 9th July) and the closing date for submission is Sunday 14th September 2025.

ATC co-ordinators must complete and sign the Declaration of Compliance, and submit it via email to compliance@safetytrainingawards.co.uk.

Important Note: Please note, if the 2025 Declaration of Compliance is not submitted by Sunday 14th September 2025, STA has a regulatory obligation to take appropriate action against the ATC, in line with the sanctions policy which may include suspension of registration.
