Swimming Teachers’ Association (STA) is an international award-winning charity working towards the objective of preserving human life by the teaching of swimming, lifesaving and survival techniques. Our vision is to ensure everyone learns to swim in a safe fun environment, and Qualification Development Officers are at the heart of this. Contributing and developing learn-to-swim resources and qualifications that make a difference to both the industry and water safety education. From learn to swim to school swimming, babies to adults, qualifications to CPDs, Qualification Development Officers will oversee the aquatic portfolio and continuously aim to raise the standard of swimming delivery.
